New Installer Doesn't Work

A long time ago..., I Installed Regnum with NO PROBLEM AT ALL, but now it stops at 99% with this error:

Then after that, it saids that 4 checksums failed. It keeps going on then comes up with yet another error, this one being a "ncis" error about "corrupted media". This is ALL at 99% by the way. The 1st time I installed it, it didn't have these problems and it takes 3 HOURS to install so it would be a pain in the but to reinstall.

only thing i see is an error regarding your router you did disable dmz didnt you?

I don't even know what dmz is. . . Or how to disable it for that matter. I'll just get the torrent version. It will take 3x longer, but it'll work an extra 1% better without modifying or adjusting my router.
