What we are prepared to do for realm mates

Last night [this morning] I helped a newbie complete the "5 kill quest". The funny thing is he was Polish [they were Polish Kingdom] and I didn't understand a word he was typing but I saw "5" and he and his clan mate [a lv50 barb] ran towards Alsius. So me being me I just tagged along on the suicide mission because everyone else was dancing/sitting/trading at Sytris CS.

So to go straight to the end. A lv50 barb and lv49 conj conspired to ensure this lv30something barb got his kills. Yeap I used mental power 1s and the Lv50 attacked until our newbie finished them off. We did everything to get the kills including killing low level grinders and we saved camped and killed someone multiple times. I rezzed him once and I hope he got enough goat kills to complete the quest before we all died. Looking back I really don't care about the feelings of the goats we killed because I will do anything to support my realm mates. My mindset was "the blue players were numbers we needed to complete a quest". No mercy, no sympathy it was a cold blooded attack on anyone around us.

FYI: it is enough to just get 1rp 5 times, to finish the quest. He didn't have to deal all or even a significant portion of the damage all by himself to score 1rp. Those quests are probably one of the easiest to do. Just go to the next fort or bridge fight and smack around a little here and there. Easier and more fun than running around looking for lone grinders to gank while some high-lvl holds down the helpless victim for you. In fact, you could finish that quest already at lvl 10 if they gave it at that level.

its alot harder for a barb than it is for a mage or archer who just need to throw a couple of normals and let your realm mates do the rest. a barb actually has to go toe-to-toe with the enemy and land a successful hit while trying to stay alive in the centre of attention and its hard when they're 20 lvls higher than you
