Windows 7 Firewall

Hi, I'm asking this on behalf of my friend.

He has a brand-new Windows 7, and no matter what he does his Windows Firewall won't let him open Regnum. He's already added it to his firewall exceptions list - and nothing.

And suggestions?

Yes, i get that too with 7. I made the exemption rule but i still have to tick the 'allow' box when it comes up and then I play ok.
(ok, well as best you can these days).
