RP info (more for the cowards who just run away)

Just wanted to let you guys know when I am shooting you and my pet is hitting you and u run in the water I still get the rps and still get the kill you are not doing anything but me a favor.

Ya I never got why losers run into water ..."I rather kill myself then get killed by you" Its one thing to die by my hands its another to run away and drown yourself. If you call that a victory good on ya. I still get RP if I touched you. I laugh at this often.

These threads seriouslly get idiotic do you know that? Yes, there are syrtis who do it all the time. On the same hand believe it or not there are also alsius and ignus who do the exact same thing. If ya gonna complain about it, fine, but at least complain about it as a whole. Not directed specifically at one realm. Also, it would be helpfull to give suggestions to fix it, perhaps steeper penalties or something not just basically make a post that can be intended for nothing else then to start a flame war.

This better not be one of those "Did you know 'gullible' isn't in the dictionary?" gags.

Edit: It's true - no necro from drowning. I wonder if that's intentional? I wouldn't mind seeing drowning have a bigger malus, considering what a popular sport gem-drowning was, not so long ago.

its really random, i tested this too a while back. sometimes you get 5% necro, sometimes you get 2% necro and sometimes you get no necro at all. its wierd

oh and about this thread... all realms do this, not just syrtis

It's not random at all, if you get no necro then it's probably because you were hit by a player a few minutes ago(and they get the RP :P), if you get 2% necro then you were hit by a mob(and the mob gets the RP :P), if you get 5% then it's because you succesfully suicided(no one gets the RP).

But most of the time when I am chasing someone to the river, I get the RP. :P

I think that we all can agree that it are most syrtians who do that, specially the high level ones, on the other realms it are mostly new players. >.>

I play Ignis and I have never seen one of my realm mates do this. Do they do this? prolly so. I have also hunted in Als and never had any of them do this to me. Do they do it? prolly so.
I have however had ALOT of syrts do it. I was in no way complaining it is free rp's for me and gives me the total rp count I would have gotten if I killed on land.
I just wanted the idiots to know it did not do any good to do this because they aren't affecting the kills or rp's I get. Same thing when they run to a save after being away I still get the rp's and as some of you know if you piss me off I will farm you all day at a save for the rp lose. At this time rp's mean nothing to me and I think its funny.

Sooooo what is the point of this thread then? RP is really a sh*tty number, anger you do not killed the drowner...anything else?

Personally if i run or drown(i hate to do that because conju i hard to clean necro) it is mainly because i can not win, and want to make attacker angry, because he do not get me. Getting a daily RP dose from those RP addicts is funny to see.

Ignis and alsius do it too, we are not the only drowners.
