Problem with Lauching the game

Hi
I got a problem when im lauching the game im log on but when i try to enter the server there is error: Error initializing Direct3D renderer
I got the the DirectX.

It would say that.. if you are using safe mode

ok I will try to turn it off

I did it but it is still not working
