Will it be Fixed?

Does anybody know if the Resist Chance will be fixed? This is crazy, it's obviously not functioning correctly. I've also notice that lower levels resist more then the 50's do, lol. This kind of damage log is a common thing for me even with Concentration buffs:

hehe, i loved that fight surf :P, i was just having luck, most of the time i resist like 1 out of 20.

Resists and evades just shouldnt happen without players using skills for it..

mages get no evades/resists at all, and archers have passive skill for it?

Improve all skills that give evasion/spell resistance so they're not all useless and get rid of all random evades/resists that don't require the use of a power.

Terrible, Nothing such these happened to me, i wish it doesn't happen to anyone.

They really need to get it fixed.
