I'm not sure how it works, there are 7 places x2 (i guess for male and female), do they change automatically ? Or manually? What that shields means? Gimme some examples

Let's start from the bottom,

The one without shields is the standard rank for recruited people, so when you recruit someone he'll automatically get that rank. That rank gives no special powers.
The 1 shield ranks are just alternative ranks with no special powers like the no shield rank, but this one you'll have to manually give to members.
The 2 shield ranks give members the recruitment power.

Now there's a diference between the 3 shield ranks:
The second 3 shield rank gives recruitment powers and kick powers to members, so be careful to who you give them. Never trust anyone those ranks, really, never! or one day you'll end up being alone in the clan.
The first 3 shield rank does the same as the other one just that it was made for the leader of the clan, even though you can't make anyone else leader, it makes those with that rank immune from kicking powers.

Just a little addition:
3 shield ranks: if your char is a Founder of clan, none can kick you. They wont simply have Expel button near your char name.
Top 3 shield rank can kick member from every rank below that one. It cannot kick member with same rank, just one below. Same applies for second 3 shield rank.
