Shadow Quest's

Are there any Shadow Quest's in the first city in the Inner Realm? I have done all the quests but I want to gain more lvl's but I dont want to just kill monsters for xp because that would take a long long time.

in montsignor in alsius there is a shadow quest for lvl 11 (i think)

Yes, a guard with the name Heim Goblindropper has 1 shadowquest

And there are also the "crystal quest" wich I think is a shadow quest, and that "Fyrkat" quest wich I know is a shadow quest.

They are not shadow quests, the town crier knows and says that u can do those quests.

No, the town crier say something about Younbross and he's the one u get the fyrkat quest from
