Can't get in game

So here is my story,...

I successfully login into the game,i pick the world and i get in game,...

So when first loading came up,i saw an downloading meter "0.0 Kbs/h",that is downloading speed,so it looks like its downloading something,but after few seconds an window apeares with the text in it like "Can't connect to the game" or something and "please try later" and an option to chose "accept".

I don't know is this slow internet problem or anything,but my internet is running just fine,please help me out.
