Error, Constent crashing in the character screen

every time i either make a character or switch to one it crashes non stop like crazy. i have a Nivida Geforce 7300. please NGD fix this AND the postion lag constently appearing in the game. please if any one experianceing problems like mine dont hesatate to post.

what error are you getting when you crash?

says the game has crashed or somthing like that... but every time i switch characters it keeps crashing non stop

If it is happening in Windows I get this practically every time I switch character . It happens once the VM load goes over 1.1 GB. Under that I normally get by.

It would cap out usually after ~5% of the bar loads. I managed to get it to load about 30% before crash now. I downloaded the latest direct X distributable and installed it. No solution but at least the bar gets further along.

It is a known issue and hopefully NGD has a fix for next patch.
