umm this maybe the wrong place and section.
but NGD,we have read here in old posts you can retrieve deleted accounts.
my bestest ever friend accidentily deleted her account.in a mad rush to close the game down while on character creation screen.
she has sent many tickets,and its been over 2 weeks now.
she has not yet recieved any reply in the affirmative nor the negative,no word at all.
can you please let her know what is happening.she has so many premium items in that account that she has paid for over her time here.
her game name is aniara,on horus server,alsius realm.

i've got a very very similar issue. someone got access to my account and stole all of my barbs gear and a crapload of mags. ive sent 2 tickets over the course of a week, no response.

Hello,

Hamster_of_sorrow: Stolen accounts & similar cases takes approximately 2 weeks to be responded to according to Kailer.

Greenm: Try sending the ticket as a customer case ticket giving the character name, level and server.

Sending multiple tickets of the same issue won't accelerate the answer.
