Right but 10k rox (regnum online ximerin (: ) would still make it an exchange rate of 1000 rox for 1 usd, now the question is how much the real exchange will be (:

can I buy a bit more ximerin and you give it to a few more players? Of course that would be more work for you, but I have a few friends, who play regnum, too. that way some people could save fees for transferring the money.

It is 8 Ximerin for 1 Cent. (Exchange rate with 4000 Ximerin <-> 5€)
This goes up to 9 Ximerin for 1 Cent. (Exchange rate 18000 Ximerin <-> 20€).

At least, if I calculated right.
