After I click on play in the Linux client of Regnum Online, rolauncher (better said: live/game) disappears, and I get a new line in the terminal. This are the contents of the error logs I can find(and some other information):
live/error_log.txt: [GameClient][game_client.cpp(616)] Can't find a suitable visual [RenderizerGL][renderizer_gl_x11.cpp(265)] BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) [RenderizerGL][renderizer_gl_x11.cpp(265)] BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) [RenderizerGL][renderizer_gl_x11.cpp(265)] BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) [Game][game_client.cpp(518)] Engine3D::Renderizer::get_active_renderizer()->finish_graphics_system() live/log.txt: [RenderizerGL][renderizer_gl_x11.cpp(158)] X Server vendor: The X.Org Foundation [RenderizerGL][renderizer_gl_x11.cpp(162)] X Server release: 7.2.0 [EntitySystem][entity_system.cpp(104)] Entity system ready to shutdown [Game][game_client.cpp(660)] Exiting Game live/system.nfo [CPU] - Vendor Name: AuthenticAMD - Model Name: Unknown - Family: 15 - Model: 15 - Stepping: 2 - Feature: 15 - Os Support: 0 - Checks: 15 [GPU] - OpenGL Support: 1 - GPU Info: Mesa X11 current_build 15329 game.cfg [server] sv_game_server_host=212.214.41.53 sv_game_server_tcp_port=48000 sv_retriever_host=212.214.41.25 sv_retriever_port=80 [client] cl_sdb_path=.. cl_update_all_resources=0 cl_language=eng [resources] res_database=live [sound] snd_sound_volume=0 snd_music_volume=0 [video_graphics] vg_screen_width=1280 vg_screen_height=1024 vg_screen_bpp=32 vg_detail_level=1 vg_cluster_object_factor=100 vg_terrain_lod=1 vg_water_lod=2 vg_anisotropic_filter=1 vg_antialiasing=2 vg_enable_weather_fx=1 vg_enable_particle_fx=1 vg_enable_local_lighting=1 vg_terrain_texture_quality=1 vg_camera_far_plane=400 vg_texture_lod=0 vg_game_render_mode=default vg_fullscreen_mode=1 vg_force_safe_mode=0 vg_renderizer=opengl vg_water_level=0 cl_terrain_load_radius=2 [debug] dbg_gui_logger=1 I'm using Ubuntu 7.04 64bit, and before the final update everything worked fine. I don't get any output(except the one I always get) in the terminal, just a blank line.

I had the same problem, but I solved it by copying the content of the 32bit versions of libglide3 and libgl1-mesa-glide3 to /usr/lib32
I had to create a symbolic link called libglide3.so.3 by myself, but it worked. But unfortunately I had to redo this after libpulse was upgraded. |
