Default My XImerin!

Today I bought 15600 Ximerin, which is 15 USD worth of money. I logged onto the game, and there was no ximerin there. I relogged 3 times and it doesnt work. It hasnt come for an hour. There is no number for the ximerin count. Please help!

Please send in a ticket about your issue via the Support Ticket System of Regnum Online following this link: http://www.regnumonlinegame.com/support/

Log-in using your forum account username and submit a ticket under the Department of Customer Support. Also, provide them with the transaction number of your order from paypal.

Wonder how long the response
for the ticket will take... 4 hours and it's still not here yet. Perhaps I need to activate the ximerin purchase through email?

There was no confirmation email. I guess the ximerin was lost D: Paypal says the payment was made and since my dad bought the ximerin for me, I don't have full access to the 'code' or his email. He told me there was no email.

If paypal did charge you for the purchase and there's still no ximerin, you should indeed contact NGD using a ticket as Wyatt told you. Although it is almost Christmas, you can expect a not too slow response time, since NGD gives high priority to problems like yours.

Ximerin does not need to be activated in any way.
