Where is Younbross?

Hello,
I am level 7 on Alsius and the Town Crier says that "Younbross" has a quest for me.
But I searched and I don't find him/her

Can someone help me?

You can find Younbross at the beginning of the bridge to the island with Fyrkat Port.
