Ok my little brother delete my charachter because i delete his games Is any Chance To get my char Back ? please Help me ! Thanks

First, change your password, so he can't access your account again. Then, submit a ticket asking NGD to restore them. However, response time to this type of ticket can be low.

Log in on support system with your game username and password
Then send a ticket in category to which your problem belongs.
