Default Needs Help as u can :P

hi,

there is a problem, i forgot the password of my actual e-mail address, and so i created a new one, but without my e-mail address i can't change password :S

is there any way to refresh it to my new one?

I sent a ticket but it seems ignored :S

i still can't redeem the alienware tournament code because of that, and i'm not safe cause of the same password not changeable

For me it was almost the same...Or not completely
Got a new e-mail address and didnt have access to the old one hence I couldnt change it, so wrote to NGD and told my problem.
They asked my account name, password, country, age, old email (in ur case what u forgot) new email address, etc. cant remember very well what else. So I sent em back the data and they changed my old email to the new one.
U said u already submitted a ticket and they didint answer yet.....dk what else u could do.
Only can say, have patience and hope for their aswer.

You can submit a ticket but my ticket on this exact same issue just went ignored, it's well over six months pending now.

well i did that, but like u said i sent it around 1 months ago, and still not answered... well i think there is noway to change pass atm, but i hope that NGD wont' get angry if someone will do bad things on my chars... the support seems not working from alot of time, i hope to receive help soon
