Missing Sign up Form

I have a few friends that want to play regnum online but the sign up option seams to be broken. Has anyone seen this and is the a work around for it. there is a picture of what the screen looks like when we try and sign up.

If you live in the US you can't sign up for this game anymore. North American users would have to redirect to Realmsonline.com(North American version of Regnum)

They still need to fix this bug, it looks very bad.
