Help i can't download rosource kit.

NGD I can't download resource kit Because no download more of the 99%, help me please.

How about a more detailed description of your problem and of your computer, too? What settings are you using?

Is it the installer or the actual resources?

If it's the resources maybe you have it set to 'download all resources at once' (i believe that is an option) or maybe it's just that you're constantly getting more resources to download as you progress through the map. As far as i know, it doesn't download them until you encounter them (Hence why a place is laggier the first visit on each pc), so if you can play the game, i wouldn't worry too much. But yes, more information on your actual issue would be very helpful.
