Amun is now open to test several new features that will be added in the upcoming game version 1.7.6.

Changelog 1.7.6 table of contents:


Balance:

•Change: The "Horn of the Wind" power requires at least one (1) ally next to the caster present to be available.
Many of us liked to be able to use horn of the wind and hunt alone. What if no one wants to hunt with us? We will not be able to use this skill anymore in low populated realms or as unpopular players that no one tags along with.
Horn of wind speed reduced to 20%
•Change: Warmasters are not allowed to interact with their own offensive and defensive beacons anymore.
Again, this will make people not want to use warmaster skills, as most of the beacons they place are for themselves. What about the warmaster that fight around the warzone alone in 2vs1 situations?
•Change: The "Offensive Beacon's" immunity bonus has been shortened. It now grants a 70% resistance against control effects.
•Change: Offensive Beacon now grants resistance to the "cannot move" effect.
•Change: Cooldown for "Offensive Portal" and "Defensive Portal" has been bumped to 60 minutes.
60 minutes cooldown? That means after we cast this skill we need to stay online for 60 minutes for it to reset as well. We spend all this money to get lvl 60. Then spend all this time to get warmaster skills, and now warmaster gets nerfed like everything else. It was too good to be true. (puts his ximerin cards in the trash) With these changes I will no longer use warmaster skills. I am glad I did not enhance my armor to full anti peirceing. Things are too unstable here to for me to invest more money in this ever changing mmog
Gameplay:

•Change: Mounts 'speed has been increased.
If enemy attack you and misses while you are on mount, you still dismount.
•Change: The "Cannot Attack" penalty after dismounting has been reduced to 4 seconds.
•Change: The penalty "Cannot Move" after dismounting has been eliminated.
Now even more mounted chase downs will happen, throwing off the rule NGD gave us that ximerin items will not effect the outcome of war.
Archers can now mount and chase down anyone, dismount keep running for 3 seconds then ambush freeze or confuse the enemy. Mounting is a huge bonus in open war!
Fear all warlocks that have mounts. If you don't have a mount get one as soon as possible.

•Fixed: Spells staying with the caster for indefinite time.

Invasions:

•New: "Devastated" state for realms has been incorporated (see details).
•New: "Devastated" realm´s player neither grant Regnum Points nor count towards the "Path of the Warmaster" quest while inside their Realms border or its warzone.
This thought really scares me more than anything that was ever proposed. It's worse than gem lock.
•New: A new resurrection altar has been placed inside each Realm. When the Realm is in the "Vulnerable" or "Broken Door" state its players will respawn from it.
This could be a good idea since it forces us to respawn in a common spot.
The new teleport is very close to your realms warzone gate
•Change: Gems location is updated in the map every 30 seconds (previously instantaneous).

Content:

•NEW: When you capture a fort or a wall is in danger you get a notice in general and realm chat!
•New: NPCs eliminated during an invasion will stay that way until the end of the invasion. Some specific NPCs such as guards are excluded.
I hope teleporter characters are excluded from this or the realms with few warmasters will be stuck inside their realm for the duration of the war. Even realms with warmasters will struggle to get out of their realm walls, since the cooldown for teleports is being pushed up to 60 minutes.(after testing the above concern in red was proven not to be true about NPC that allows teleportation)
•Things that do respawn:
Realm teleporter (inside realm gate) respawns in 45 seconds
Clan Notary
Guards

•Things that do not respawn:
Denizens
Weaponsmiths
Blacksmiths
Trainers
ETC not listed above

*Nobles commit suicide as soon as all gems are removed (kill generals first)
*hint* once all forts are returned to the enemy and the walls are safe the noble can be killed repeatedly!

Client (Stability):

•Fixed: The client closed abruptly in certain hardware configurations (Mac OS based systems).
Mass DC was seen several times tonight in testing.
I will be testing on amun all afternoon and all night to see how this works.

I have my white flag in my pocket....

Remember people this is not a final work but just a test of what is possible.

The future is always probable.

Hehe yeah I could've told them from the beginning that this implementation of warmaster spells is overpowered, brings problems, etc. (Actually I did - just like many others) No one asked me :P

They mentioned that if an NPC is killed during an invasion, he won't respawn back, but I'm curious if the noble would respawn again or 1 time in each invasion?

¿What has of tactic that you can be knocked with chance of 70%? It isn' t tactic, it's a lottery.

And what about teleports of 1 hour of load, after that hour, you will send a teleport to a fort and there will be enemies waiting to kill you and you will have to wait a second hour.

Really, it seems that NGD has become crazy...

I don't understand at all the changes about the mounts.

Increase their speed ? Imbalanced cause finally any speed spells will be vanish by this increase mount speed.

At the same time the reduction of cannot move when dismount goes on the same way ...

Mounts settings should stay like it's already set now.


The most changes needed were about WM spells effects, CD, duration and rate.

Gratz for that.


NGD you forgot the fact that you decreased the cool down of speedbuff for warriors.

They have higher value than archer speedbuff, shorter CD, ... so why the need to have any Knock Down spell anymore ?

Remove Kick !

This, since some people think they need to hit noble over 5k damage to get the job done.

noble respawns as long as gems are inside realm (when walls are vunerable)
noble respawns when gems are not present as long as realm is (safe)
