Loading Issue

I logged into my account and everything was working as usual but then I tried to go on my character and it loads about half way but then it just stop and at the bottom left corner there is a download 87 kb/s sign and it keeps going up and down but the game isn't loading anymore. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am playing on horus and none of my other characters are having this problem.

Yes, same problem.

Only 1/5 characters load properly.

I actually did not receive any error. Character just wouldn't load. NGD being so amazing will have this fixed soon so no worries

Check in Regnum live directory, you may have *log.txt files.

In my log.txt i have a weird thing too:
