Default Barbarians and Strength

A question to the people on the forum who play barbarians in the game. Do you put points into the strength attribute?

1. If yes, do you find it worth it and notice anything gained from it? Please explain.

2. If no, do you think it should be made a deciding factor so as to have more varied setups? Please explain.

My level 50 barb has (IIRC) the lowest strength you can have at lvl 50 (79?) and my damage output is just fine. Honestly I think as long as you use all the appropriate buffs (weapon magni, berserk etc. etc.) and have a good and/or gemmed weapon, you'll do just fine. Having a good weapon is better than having lots of str vs. bad weapon - in my opinion.

Of course having more strength will help, and you shouldn't shy away from it; but it's not the be all and end all it used to be before there were epic weapons etc.

Don't let strength rule your barbarian life.

P.S. Const > all.

I was using Strength in the past, but now it's less efficient than before. As example, wearing a helm str +5 will give you too few damages bonus compared to a mana helm that is more useful in battles. Strength is efficient if at least you get 15-20 points of it and all know there is only helm + pauld that can provide str bonus and max is +5.

Strength < ( mana | const )

I wont give my opininon about the update that modified strengh/const attributes when they introduced "Redistribute initial attributes" prenium customization ^^ (If you remember good, one update removed strength damages bonus and then the next one gave it back... we really don't know why...)

Same here...strght before had more importance.

1 str was =4 dmg or so ,and dmg made much more before WM.

now 1 str give you 1,5 dmg or sao not sure...but if you go at trainer and skill for strght...you will notice something strange too.Strght from skill will give you dmg /lvl of skill.

Const and mana make more atm than str.
