Ticket system
Is it broken or what, 2 weeks with a emergency ticket, nothing, 8 days with a critical, nothing, maybe some people that make things like that "don't push the button" shit in amun should help out with the tickets till that's uptodate again? ..

As for me the ticket system works perfectly (at least to me). I submitted a ticket (2 days ago) in the morning and I got response in the afternoon.
But sometimes I had to wait days to get a response. So, be patient |

Some problems require weeks of intense investigation(jajajajaja), so, you've got to be patient. For them it may not be a Critical or Emergency ticket.

I am agree with ya you have issue with tickets...but the think that i am not agree is :You don't respect work of other.You still live with your parents money.Go and get a job works sometimes for over 16 hours /day,see how works thinks in a company,see how much work,how they work,what for are payed to do and after come here and judge think that a person do.Maybe that think was made from his personal free time and surak told is a test.

My second job..i work for Lunar Pages as JSA1,my skills have limits,if i cant solve a ticket i give that ticket to a JSA2 supervisor.It is very dificult to solve all tickets when you don't have enaught skills and time.Wee can solve max 25 tickets in 9 hours.Has NGD enaught ppl to solve all tickets?How many tickets has NGD /day?.I think load of them. |

I'm waiting for more one month for my ticket to be handled, it is about bought premium teleport scrolls that didn't appear in inventory, prolly due to some obscure bug, i asked news about issue through ticket system, and via email. No answer.
I think new players have to know that, in case of issue, NGD may not help them, even when they are 100% responsible of the issue. I'm used to wait for people to sort things, but i'm bored.

Im really sad seeing ppl having such difficulties getting their tickets answerd..
Personally I only used the ticketsystem 2 times. Both tickets (same issue, different ppl involved) sent in the same day. Got my response 1 week later (since they're both "high" I'm satisfied with the responsetime) The response I got was altho vauge, so I pm:d the former forummoderator Zombrex.. within 24h I recieved a followup email on my ticket with a better explanation. So again.. I'm really sad it doesent seem to work for some ppl :/ But my own experiences are none but good Don't know if your ticket Dutch requiers (<---spelling) any type of logchecking/backtracing.. if so the undermanned staff of NGD might just be reason why... If not.. dunno :/ |

Im still w8ting for em to implement WM skills on my char and nada.I send already 3 tickets, and what I get as an answer is..."your case is under investigation" smt like that rofl.Its been 2 months or so.....I dont think they ll ever fix it
