A problem with casting...

Hello!

I've got a stupid problem with casting sometimes. Most of the time, I can cast the non-recharging spells if I have mana. But sometimes, after I cast one spell, I'm not able to cast anything else for about a minute. Not at all - I click the spells, they dont react. It has nothing to do with cooldown, I just can't use any spells. Is this a bug or some hidden "let's-piss-off-spellcasters-beyond-the-insane-delays-on-any-useful-spell" delay?

Is there any way to avoid this? I haven't been able to find any system in this, it just sometimes happens. This is, of course, especially devastating for a conjurer as me. Anybody else could just run away and save their skin, but it's quite depressing to see one of your teemmates getting killed by that monster and not being able to heal him, even though the heal spell is sitting there, theoretically ready to cats... and they probobaly don't know what's going on, because it looks like I'm just standing there for a minute, doing absolutely nothing.

there's two things I can think of, one is lag (either between you and server, or lag in the server's processing), and this you just have to ride out

right when I log in, I am able to cast a single spell, the second won't cast - if I just wait it takes about a minute for it to be cast, however if i enter warmode the second spell will cast immediately

that's just one of those weird things (:

I heard something about /unlock_powers
Don't know if that really works...
