Default Stage 3 - When?
Thanks NGD for reverting back CS system and implementing castles (i'm neutral to these news actually).

The most important part of changes seems forgotten. I would like to know (maybe mostly whole RO's community too) when Stage 3 will be implemented? Could we know what is going to be fixed next?

Indeed, I'm looking forward to stage 3..
NGD is doing a great job so far they just have to tweak a little bit more with hunters!

There are 237647236 people that scream bugs from last update are not fixed yet...and others thinks.

I think stage 3 will be delayed a bit because of ..i don't think Napoleon works for NGD to make 2376478324678 thinks in same time

No. No more balance breaks, Chilko promised balance updates at least every month, if not every 2 weeks, and I prefer the latter. :P
