fglX11AllocateManagedSurface: __FGLTexMgrAllocMem failed!!

Does anybody know this error message?

I´m using PCLinuxOS TR4,
Graphic Card: ATI Mobility Radeon 9600

I can play Regnum for 30 minutes, then this error is flooding my console and the FPS go down to 1-2
unplayable...

any ideas?
