How long is the first In-Game ban?

My freakin' ingame sharing partner just tried to sell his ****** char on MY account through Ra he just PMed me about it I tried to log in and now I can;t cause it says user disabled :S The freakin' re**** said he didnt know for how long I will be banned. The problem is I have some really nice gear on my horus char on that account :S Any info???

Account and character trading are enough to justify a permanent ban.

You shouldn't share your account with anyone, to prevent this kind of problems.
