I'm a veteran, so I'll explain what leads me to that conclusion.
a) the vehicle in question isn't a GI motor pool car, and the license plate isn't
US Govt.
b) None of the "abductors" uniforms even match... (they'd never get off base looking like that)
c) none of the "abductors" are armed... durp.
d) the sound track doesnt even match the vid sequence

I'm sure there are other discrepancies, but those stand out at first viewing.
If the US military were going to go around "snatching" people off the street; they'd certainly do a more effecient job of it than this.
