Why can't I logg in to the RO website

can anyone explain me why I can't login to ro website? When I press ''login'' you see the loading bar for a few seconds but then it just jumps back to the ro homepage..

And for some reason I don't recieve my request email change from NGD

is it possible there is some connecton between these 2 things?

Works fine for me, did you try with another web browser ?

And it's in the wrong section...
