Serious Server Spikes + DC

What's happening to the server?

Im hunting people and they get stuck for 10 - 30 seconds as we fight.

Alot of people on my friends list are constantly DC'ing.

I just got DC too.

I have the same, huge ping spikes... is it the server place again? ^^

Same here, now idk if this was at any other place, since I did 90% when I was on at trelle, but my ping was varying between 200-10k.
