Realm problem

I have a bit of a problem. When I strat in this game I create a Alsius archers who I had trained to a lvl 14 marksman. On that moment went my brother who was in Alsius too to Syrtis, to his old Beta-account and I decided to go to Syrtis too. In Syrtis I have now a lvl 24 hunter and a lvl 16 babarian. But now I miss Alsius and went back. On this moment I have a lvl 24 hunter and a lvl 16 babarian in Syrtis and a lvl 6 archer in Alsius.

But now I can't decide to which realm I go, I like both. Can you help me?

Is it possible to change realm, but to keep the character?

Play in both realms, you don't really have to be "locked" into a realm just because you play in it, i for the moment play in Ignis but i have a Alsius account that i don't use that much but i may do one day

No, you have to create a separate account in order to play in 2 different realms

You should be kicked out of the game... I'm sorry to say this but it's my opinion.

I think that when you start playing you agree with having only one account (therefore playing only in one realm).

Besides it's unethical to play in more then one realm in a RPG RvR based game.

You should have both accounts deleted, then you should create ONE account in ONE realm to play whatever characters you want in THAT realm.

i dont know anything about syrtis but alsius is a nice realm u dont have to pick sides u just need to be ready wen u get one strong cuz u might get cold feet about attcking ur friends

Well i don't think is should be kicked out of the game because i created the second account in the beta just to check out the other realms and i tried to delete the other account but got this response from NGD:

Do you understand what this message means, i actually have permission to have 2 accounts so why should i delete my other account when i ain't breaking any rules?



And i don't think its unethical to play in 2 different realms after all its only a game and i play to have fun and i think my game gets more funny if i play in 2 different realms.



But im only playing in Ignis atm, but i MAY play in alsius someday but we will see, at least i can use my other account to keep in touch with my alsius friends

I understand perfectly what it means, it means that I'm compromising with something (a rule which I'm bounded to by accepting the terms of agreement as shown by Tantalus, and for your information it's, in many ways, just like any other legal contract so if you break it you break the law, specifically the Argentinian law, as specified in the 14th point of the license) that the company (the counterpart necessary to specify the legal concept of "contract") doesn't make much question to see correctly applied... so it's not your fault, but it's wrong nevertheless!

Probably if you try to break the 7th point of the license (intellectual property rights) you won't have such a brand treatment by NGD, and by all means, it's as wrong to break one as the other in a court of law! (if one accepts the general terms of use he also accepts the license agreement)

It is, a proof of that is their mail were they ask you to not use the account to "spy in other realms plans". You may find more fun in playing in more than one realm but think a bit, were goes the game concept of everyone is allowed to do that? If I can play by Ignis in the morning, Alsius in the afternoon, and Syrtis at night were's the challenge, what bounds while last, which realm you'll take as HOME SWEET HOME... this is supposed to be a RPG RvR concept, I already understood that there are no RPG hardcorers to actually roleplay my character but if everyone is allowed to migrate to other realms the concept dies.

And don't get mad at me dude, it is on the contract and I'm not the author of it!

P.S. The 3rd point of the license enables NGD to modify the contract specifications according to their judgment, but they only will be effective after appropriate notification to the users, so a private mail doesn't modify the 2nd point of the General Terms of Use. As I said before it's wrong but it's not your fault, although you can have 2 accounts, I can not! (not that I'm interested, I just want to clarify the grounds of my opinion)
