Recharged Arrow is what defines and makes a marksman if you nerf or take away this you are killing the marksman class... make it back the way it was.

As a marksman who is a fast bow user, I've been hit hard by this nerf. However, I think it was necessary and for the better. Marksman just has too many strengths.

Marksmen still have have much more besides RA : Damage, range, evasion, tricks, defense all at once...

I agree that this nerf isn't appropriate but please this is far to kill the class.

Damage of marksman is give by RA . With RA he gains more dmg than a hunter.Without RA he has same dmg as hunter.
Wtv...i don't voted on the poll because any nerf made in game will never return at same point.
As a example it's confuse that had over 300 votes to be nefred and never was.
I don't like that ngd force us to play a certain setup,and make half of trees with spells useless.
