Talking Is it possible to throw some support behind the linux client?

It seems that the linux client often crashes with ATI cards, and Ubuntu, or from what I read on the forums. Perhaps there could be a way for us to buy premiums for fixes Its might be nice to get Surak an ATI card, so he can properly support us in Linux.

Or you could save that money, and instead buy an nvidia card and be a true linux gamer (:

yah, ATI sucks on anything but Macs, if AMD would open the drivers we'd have kick ass drivers inside a week for ATI cards and I'd have an all AMD box as my next build, but as it stands the best option is to go with an nvidia graphics card, an nvidia mobo and whatever cpu you want. Now if only nvidia made CPUs... Maybe they will once intel gets back into the graphics card game, I remember way back before intel got sued, their cards where on par with what was offered from the other gpu makers at the time.
