Recharged arrow broken?
Hello. Brief and short, I think I am the only marksman whose recharged arrows seems to be broken. I thought it was due to me just switching bows, but no, it randomly turns off after a couple of hits with whichever bow i use, with or without using extra spells and just is a real hassle when needed most.
So in short, does every1 else's recharged arrows work? |

Yes, a couple. And no, I mean RA does turn off when i run out of mana, but sometimes it will turn off *automatically* when i have +500 mana just grinding.. like i would activate it, hit a mob once, then it will deactivate. and -100mana while a 15sec cd on a boost scroll is ridiculous, especially on my first boost scroll ;(

As far as I know, it also depends on how much health you have. When your hp goes under (about) 300 it automatically turns off.

does it? hmm, might be the problem, but i'm sure i do have like half hp, not sure. Or, it could be like under 10% hp. Not sure, will have to see, although that is sort of stupid since it does not say anything about hp in its description..

Insanity!!
Ok, i found the real solution, and it's a mixture of your answer and a little experimenting i just did.
Apparently, Recharged Arrows (RA) uses BOTH mana and hp. As in it takes -20 mana AND -20 hp per shot, so in short, wtf??? WTF lol. It only says costs mana and your hp dropping means this is not RA, this is Suicidal Arrows. And when you get under 350ish (which im assuming is 10% of your hp), it turns off. This is very foolish and needs reworking. Please look into this NGD if this is what you fully intended |

I don't think RA should be reworked in this case, because otherwise it would kill you.

This really shouldn't be a surprise. It was announced. http://www.regnumonline.com.ar/index...ubsec=4&cl=126 Modified: The power "Recharged Arrows", corresponding to the "Marksman" Subclass, now discounts a small percentage of health per arrow, and the mana reduced has also been modified. And last I checked, the descrption was correct in-game. Quote:
If you have a suggestion to make recharged arrows or the 'Marksman OP problem' better, I suggest you make a thread here. http://regnumonline.com.ar/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=24 I'm not so sure about this RA and recharged arrows business, I would love to browse the RA forums but my Spanish is pretty rusty. Apparently the recharged arrows there is different than in Haven? Anyone can tell me what the situation concerning this?

The in-game tooltip describing the skill functionality mentions that it consumes health. From levels 1 to 5 it costs: -43 mana | -23 health -46 mana | -26 health -49 mana | -29 health -52 mana | -32 health -55 mana | -35 health Quote:
