I lost attribute points dying in the warzone..

It was my first trip there, persuaded by a higher lvl player, and though I knew it was a risky idea since I am only lvl 17, things got out of hand, I couldn't really leave alone - and i got killed in a skirmish..

I lost at least 3 dex points upon ressurecting, and had no necro indicated. My guide said it was normal but couldn't really give me details.

I tried killing monsters back in the normal area, that didn't seem to help.. so i logged in and out and it's back to normal.

SO.. is this an undocumented penalty of dying in PVP..

OR.. was it just an oddity?

Any assistance would be most appreciated

You have to kill creatures of higher level than yourself to get challenge points - which give you your powers back.
A creature that is "challenging" to you is ideal.
If he's beating you, run away, get your health back, and attack him again.

thats really strange, have you tried relogging ?

If not thats really a bad issue and that makes me think one day i compared my dex with some guy same race same class same level with same passives and he had 10 points more than me in dex and all other attributes at same level.

Are you sure? There's some "hidden" stat-degrader, that isn't necrostacy, that you get back by fighting challenging monsters? o_______O

there are still bugged spells around.
sometimes, the negative effect doesnt wear off.

killing monsters doesnt help there. relogging does help
