Patcher keeps looping

I installed the game fine and can login at the first screen but when it gets to the patcher it just downloads some file and closes.

Then like 15s later the patcher pops up again and does it all over.

If i check my proccesses after this there will be like 4 or 5 seperate instances of the games exe all running now also.

Any idea what is going on?
