Default "Useless" Hit Chance spells

Hey guys,
Some of who know me, I'm a "fan" of useless spells. But I'm hard-headed and try'em out.
This is going to be about Hit Chance.
Hit Chance is useful! Everyone agrees. But many deny -Hit Chance is useful as a debuff.
Now, I'm specificating on Archers. Other classes, feel free to post yours if you wish.
So archers have:
  1. Finesse
  2. Hinder
  3. Grounding Arrow
  4. Finger Crush (Marksman spell)

They're all useless right? Ok, maybe you consider Hinder as a viable spell. I agree so. But really, many skill Hinder for the -Movement.
Ok, now there are two buffs which can be devastating with the following debuffs and buffs:
  1. Evasive Tactics
  2. Rapid Shot

Now I didn't test Grounding Arrow, as it's Dexterity doesn't decrease a lot of Hit Chance and considered as % maluses far more powerful.

I've uploaded them under here, so first attachments:
Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot + Finger Crush(5) + Finesse(5) [This one was mostly for teh lulz, but if anyone want to be a bitch for 30s, feel free ]
Second Attachment: Finesse(3) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot
Third Attachment: Finesse(4) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot + Finger Crush(1)
Fourth Attachment: Finesse(4) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Rapid Shot
Fifth Attachment: Hinder(3) + Evasive Tactics(5) + Finesse(4)

/me demands more pp's to take underated spells :3

Its not that these spells are useless, it's that they require a combination of spells to be useful, they take too long too cast, aren't worth it in RvR, or that other spells are more useful.

Speaking from a hunters perspective, I skill Hinder for --

1. Movement
2. Group / CC effect
3. Hit chance

In that order.

Im less likely to skill Finesse because of the effect that I think it will have. What I would be interested in seeing is the skills that increase Miss Chance to be compared to the ones that decrease hit chance. Blindness is one such skill. I believe the Knight skill Rigourous preparation does the same.

If decreasing hit chance was more effective over increasing miss chance, then I would be able to weight the skill use better.

Admittedly Spell duration and spell cast time does have an effect on what I do.

Two combinations are likely enough. Most hunters tend to cast Distracting Shot, buff Evasive, Ambush, CB + Rapid. Or after ambush, buff Evasive. in that moment, if one casts Hinder is probably enough to give you an edge. Well Hinder is the best one here. Finesse, does cost a lot of mana, but hey! it's worth a try. Same as Finger Crush.

You forgot confuse, which stops you from a lot of that

Which means that, 9/10, their opponent is also going to cast sotw right after they see them do it, so...the spells aren't helpful as most marks use lvl 3-4 sotw, while most hunters use 4-5 sotw, so hunters' sotw is more than likely going to outlast the marks, and they will get ambushed, dist shotted, or confused and the spells will be not be helpful

I suppose, Checkit, thats one reason why I wished Spell Elude would actually elude a little more than it does.

Although level 4 Low profile would give you about 8 seconds of resistance at the cost of being able to attack back.
