Need GM on Haven now

we have some disgruntled player who keeps making toons and power spamming chat so we can't communicate in realm. can you guys mute him or ban the account?

A GM would normally mute/ban him automatically. Just use /ignore playername

Like some player from Goats (Klos) come to Ignis via toon Joanna D'ark and blame Ignis chat and waste XIm on Banner.

but i think lots of players multyrealmers. So it's not the problem. Use ignore - it help
