Party grinding isnt always that good. For example a hunter grinding with a barbarian will maybe land one or two hits before the barbarian kills the mob. Conjurers experience distribution is terrible too.

What I feel would help when in a party is to have various party options available in the party tab that allows you to have a contribution based experience distribution as we have now or an equal split where everyone in the party gets the experience split equally amongst them. The party leader has the ability to set it to what the party decides and it will prompt all party members to agree to it.

There could be a similar system for party drops.

There is everything perfectly fine with group grinding XP. The problem is with the people, most of them are selfish arseholes, and as long as barbs won't understand to turn off their weapon buffs, archers won't learn that you don't blow off mob from the front of approaching warrior, marksmen, that they don't use recharged arrows or ethreal arrow, warlocks that they rather should use staff mastery, knights that they are supposed to tank mobs (mean leadership of party too), conjus that they shoudn't cast all buffs at once, all that every member of party has to hit, and other, there will be no change. Your propositions of increasing XP, drops, whatever would make selfish arseholes to be even more selfish and would rather have negative impact on group grinding. I propose to make holes in peoples skulls so they are more open minded. The other idea is to make some bags for people so they can hide their ego for the duration of grinding.

Sometimes I meet people that know how to group grind and then it is great.

In my experience especially xp booster users decline grp grinding. I agree with Dupa except the holes in the head thingy Afaik on the long term grp grinding is much quicker. Many players think they share the mob xp but the grp bonus and higher number of killed mobs over time weaken this short sighted argument. On the other hand imo the drop rate is distinctively lowered by parties.
This knowledge seens to be lost for many players, cause nowadays the newbies take less advice and think they are already ...

The problem with lack of group grinding is, that many users don't know how to grind in a party - they don't see it in the game, since old(er) players reached max lvl, and there is no information on it in game whatsoever.
In-game guide could help with this, same as presence of former GMs. However, it still seems difficult to "teach" those new players how to grind properly.

Every party member should receive XP if he is near mob and is within level range.

Party grinding and XP distribution is fine as it is.

There is a nice advantage when you not use boosters.

From my experience ,grinding for example barbarian with a 500% booster ,you will get alone around 2k xp(not sure forgot lol) from a mob in 5 seconds ,and in a party around 200-300 xp /mop ... so to get that 2 k xp you will need more mobs like 10 of them ,that's means around 1 minut ,is some kind of waste of booster.

But from usual perspective partys are fine.
Anyway sometimes ,yes i was selfish ,not because of drope rate ,just because i wanted a peaceful grind and relaxing ,party grinding makes me tired ,too fast action and must focus, run, and try to clik mobs all time ,to take a shot and get some hp.

There was a time when mana or health was a bit of an issue for solo grinders, now all classes can happily grind pretty much non-stop.

Given this I rather solo, have some fun escaping gankers or simply get some pvp from time to time.
