What do you guys think of TDm so far? other forum thread..
so the thread in the other gamesamba forum looks kind of interesting. Hater posted with some dieas at the start.

Why should it be representative of individual skill if it's called a TEAM deathmatch?

well what happens is that you begin witht he central objective that the game should not be about having dedicated teams, which only play when that particular team is together.
The policy reason for that is it produces cliquey play and alienates the other players. By that I mean allowing custom teams means those players will never be ranked for their ability as single players, but only as a team. So, if we assume we do not want cliquey styled playing, what is the next best option? The next best option is random and shuffled teams. This produces a statistically better measure of individual player pvp skill, because you then measure their ability to adapt to team circumstances. |

Because kids want everything from the easy way. You cant win? then rape mages and almost-dead ppl with ur op gear and get some coins on your own..

TDM is ideal tool to prevent lower levels to leave and keep them in game. It is the opposite of what game is about for level 60's.
I saw a proposition TDM to be possible to form inter realm teams too. This can work, but for me will make goats for example play with themselves and hurt them as a realm. Not that i will not approve weaker goats. So Hall of Fame is absurd. Measuring skill and efectivness in RvR games is hard if not impossible. TDM is even more absurd and biased. Barbs win all - aww yea! So for me battle instances sux and split user base. Give them as a bite for lower levels, so they can prepare for wars later. Restrict them for levels 55+. Problem solved. P.S. I think main thing in CoR must be fun. This is the best way to form strong and consistent user base!

I play barb,warlock and conjurer because archer in open field are lame to hit 4-5 dmg under conjurer MP ...anyway it's a game of extrems ,archer extreme powered in open field PvP or RvR in forts ,and lame on RvR ,in open field vs locks and barbs.
