In that post Zombrex only said that at that moment the level cap would not be raised and the day the level cap would be raised, you would be properly informed.

That's the point! You've made your shopping, you don't purchase as much as you could any more. You are not good customers any more.^^
As much as it looks ugly to most of us, this is a business, face it.
Buy more stuff next time to avoid such surprises or split your purchases over time.:devil:

Will the XP remain on the characters that have XP over lvl50 or will it be reset to 50 for them so that everyone will start from the same point?

Sorry about my last post. I wanted to show this game is not only about "get the best gear". Many ppl think I'm the best because I have x const or y% cast speed. Ofc you'll loose in pvp without a good cast speed, but there are RvR too.
Btw I don't have any lvl50s, only a lvl46 warlock and I don't even have a horse. :) (I don't hate the premium players. I like them)

I think NGD has to clarify things as soon as possible, too many speculation, not enough information, and people are raging.

I don't see a problem at all with this update EXCEPT for the items like many other said before we payed alot (Mostly real money) and spent alot of time on it to get them (It took me 2 years to get decent barb gear) Now its going to be useless and i don't think this is fair towards us all. Plz NGD if you announce something like this please be more detailed in the beginning and try to talk to the community about these problems that maybe will occur..

he also wrote that any further posts about that topic will get closed and/or deleted, wich is exactly my concern about all that stuff. instead of talking it out with community, how probably level cap will be raised, and what good can be made of it, the message we got was pretty similar to "dissidents will be shot".

i think you do understand, why community is concerned. balance update was never finished, we still have trees full of nearly useless spells. we still have lots of traps in landscape from alsius wz update, we have ro clients segfaulting, we have all sorts of magnanite duping surfacing time to time getting plenty accounts disabled for investigation, we still have ro passwords transmitted in plain text (md5 is totally broken, no argument here) for service, where we spend money, while our free webmails have better level of security etc etc and NGD jumps to next shiny thing with "wait until its live before complaining"

This is a very good question and i'd like hear an answer from NGD ASAP.
If XP would be left as is I think that some people, i call them "forever grinders"
would be awarded instead of being punished, as they produce little added value to the game, and I don't like this. Note, those people usually grind in safe zone.
