It was before they increased the duration to 45 secs. Right when i first went into wz. Wasnt that way very long.

You have to cast SOTW on top if it(yet another good reason to have the spell) for 450 mana to have the same closing rate now that we used to have before when Onslaught was 25%.

You want back to good old times? So maybe passive speed for hunters should be 10%-12% on lvl 5 huh?

As a barb in training I really think Onlsaught is overpowered. Cooldown should be same as Son of the Wind.

I agree. The thing is we need more balance between classes, but in a rvr view isn't that simple... I can't consider things in pvp anymore cause hunter vs knight has no sense at all :]

The new onslaught is great. At least we can catch hunters this way. The ONLY way actually we can catch hunters when they know how to run away. Without onslaught, even if we use all our skills in the optimal way, we cannot catch the hunter, period.

Lol yeah the mage was 3.4% faster than you over 30 sec while you are 15% faster than him after the duration of onslaught.

Had you started with sofw you would have regained atleast half of the mana cost by the time onslaught wore off.
And been able to run 40% faster with mobility for 20 sec.

Not only do you have ensaring arrow to reduce his speed significantly
but the problem was you beeing too far away not him beeing too fast.

Hunters had 5% speed added to wild spirit 5 sec added to SofW and improvments made to ensaring arrow both more range and increased damage.
