I did everything and I have "100% access" to RO and still can't log in.

Linux : Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope).

This may be off base, but...

On the website profile page did you set your forum name? This name is used for logging onto forum (as forum username), but afaik it's still the original account name which is used for logging into the game.
