if not it's pretty retarded, even if it's the aim for a final goal, wait with a change like that, specially with bugged skills, atm (from what I hear from barbs) there's a whole tree of useless junkspells which are bugged or underpowered, imagine a totally new player "oh two handed mastery, sounds cool" finally it's at 15 or some other high number and a higher level player tells him "the tree is full of bugged and underpowered skills" tough luck buddy. Start over again or wait till they implement reset_powers

think about this if we are limited to 3 times ONLY or less it will be like hell. first of all skills get bugged all the time also changed this will screw up ppl set ups. think of the conjus in inner realm alot of then even start out warjuring to earn a decent amount of XP if they start out warjuring and cant change back well to put it in a nice way you guys will end up with 500GIGOs wich no one wants; if they go strait to suport they will never make it to level 50 escpesialy with the fatigue and experiance curve system meaning we are stuck with a bunch of low lvl pt conjus that are to low lvl to have greater healing.

if ngd is going to limit us from reseting power may it be a few times per level and posibly level 50s something diferent or by month like once a month or twice a month since skills are always bugged and we might on to change set ups for escial ocasions such as leveling, RvR, or pvp and at low levels it will be imposible for low levels new players to know a good set up they will do poorly!

if ngd plans on doing this i suggest more experimenting and more advertising of the training system in regnumzg.com(3rd site in comunity section).i belive the post was made by chikilo in the spanish forums anoising this after a certain "person" brought it up as a ""sugestion""(? like wtf?)
