So yes... any reason why Haven has been down?

Not only Haven, also Valhalla (Germany) is offline. It's not a surprise - but the time is it! :rolleyes2:

Our datacenter made a "surprise" emergency update and turned of several of our servers without letting us know in advance. Sorry for that. Everything's back online.
