Syrtis needs appointed Generals
 

As the thread topic states, :syrtis: needs appointed Generals. The level of disorganization is enough to make me want to shoot my own realm mates at times.

Nah. Who, appointed by whom, timezones, all that jazz which is mere details. Main reason is I don't wan't anyone telling me what the fuck to do. I interpret "fight for your realm" as stated by NGD to be the only requirement in whatever way I want, be it charging at a stand-off ruining our strategy, playing a conju as a warju, rushing over and over and over alone giving free rp, etc. That's my choice and it's within NGD's "requirements". The only appointed general is NGD, like it or not. Switch realms if you don't like it, seriously, no offence meant whatsoever. The only people I will listen to are the ones that have gained my respect as players, and I still *choose* to listen to them, I don't *have* to.

That discussion enough for ya? Case fucking closed as far as I am concerned.

When I get my new computer I can give syrtis some tactics along with my clan, we're able to play with tactics and teamplay which is something we encourage

His tactics are worth listening and completing. I like when he leads action. We never fail then (ofc if all listen)
It should be started from clans. Each clan has its own tactic leader and so on. Later clan leaders can have meeting (like once before) and vote and organise leadership in Syrtis, tactics, training and stuff. But there can be again probs with time zones, rl busy etc but it might work

On the topics, yeah one or more war leaders could be usefull.

I have no problem in having a leader, but someone playing carebears giving real orders is stupid.

sounds alright i surpose the only problem is that we would need around 7 of them or so for when the other generals arent playing. Also their is the language barrier as well as those who don't listen as well as some who just hate others and wouldnt follow them for a couple million. I think it would more rip syrtis apart than help us. Their isnt a particular amount of tactics this game can use anyway and for most of them we don't really need generals we just need more people to come help and if we did have generals 10 bucks say they would hate constantly getting told to come help as we all would.
