/users: Why removed?

Just one question about the update: Why on earth has the /users command been removed and worse, why isn't the amount of players been shown on the homepage any longer?

Es preferible para el juego que se desconecten cuando hay lag verdaderamente a que se desconecten cuando uds suponen que hay lag (de acuerdo a cierta informacion o a su experiencia previa).

It is some kind of social experiment.

"We know this may seem strange.
but it is a kind of social experiment.
Nobody wants to limit anything, just that sometimes having some information may generate lots of behaviour that is not always logical or helping the game.
Imagine that we fix the Lag, but people said: uy! there are already 650 users on. Better log off now so I have no connection problem.
It is better for the game to be shut down when there is a lag that is really shut down when pc Lag assume that there are (according to certain information or his previous experience)."

I managed to correct most of it, but google really stuffed up the last sentence.

The problem is that the social behaviour that I observed since the removal is: "It looks like there is no activity, I assume there is no one online, so I log off."

We can make economical and psychological experiment on NGD :D
We can make 1 day without RO. And then we will see what they will say :P

Last sentence goes (free translation....)
"It is better for the game if the users disconnect because there truly is lag than that they log out *assuming* there is lag (based on previous experience or certain information)".

I'm sure removing the command will reduce lag - though even then i would prefer having the command. Cant tell anymore if the server has already reached the critical mass for a fort fight anymore and that really annoys me.
Seems to be all about hunting nowadays :\

this is just a guess but I think that a server with more people online attracts more players so...
this may have a positive effect on balancing Ra/Horus but that remains to be seen..

Haha, the English community got a response from Google Translator, not NGD.
