It is not like Syrtis was the only realm to do it...

NGD should not allow teleport from inside a fort, simply as that.

I think all Realms are doing it, I know Ignis does sometimes. It sucks. =/

I think its an sort of tactic, to prevent to get killed.
Although i do agree teleports should not be allowed inside an fort, but because it is allowed, why not?
