Cannot use /chat command anymore

Hello,

No matter what, the command /chat username always returns an error claiming that the user cannot be found. I know it's case sensitive, and it did work until some days ago.

Any idea?

Thanks, arlick. Now that you mentioned it: I tried chatting with someone else and it did work just fine.
Question remains why it doesn't work with that certain player since she can open a chat with me.

A space is a permitted character so I wonder if that person has a space at the end of there name?

Hello Tyr & arlick,

We found the solution:
Until this evening, she did have two characters with the same name. Others probably couldn't chat to her as well (unless she opened the chat). What's funny though is that /party playername had always worked well.

Thanks for helping.
