Constitution Penalty

Hi there,

I wish to ask this;

When your opponent has a -Constitution penalty, does he receive more damage?
If so, by how much more?(Ex. By 10% more.)
On Regnum Wikia there is this sentence which says:

-30 const (MoD) damage bonus:
lvl60 +17% dmg
lvl50 +20% dmg
lvl40 +26% dmg
lvl30 +36% dmg
lvl20 +58% dmg

with defensive beacon:
lvl60 +10% dmg
lvl50 +12% dmg
lvl40 +14% dmg
lvl30 +16% dmg
lvl20 +19% dmg

Wait, damage bonus in sense that after Your HP goes down as fast as it would go if you would receive +% dmg?

Let's say you have 4000hp
3475hp with -30 const
you receive 600dmg, now you have 2875hp
-30 const effect goes off, you will have (2875/3475)*4000 = 3309 hp

4000-3309 = 691
